Language Instincts by Jon Udell (XML.com). This short article mentions a little about marking up and reusing xhtml/CSS to record what the content is about (that’s the semantic markup bit). It also makes the small point about recording things in a natural way that people understand. To which the answer is - “Doh!”

Networked Knowledge Organization Systems/Services (NKOS). knowledge organization systems seems such a broad term, I’ve no idea really what is out of scope. RDFX RDF explorer for Eclipse (via Leigh). I don’t have Eclipse installed at present but it’d be interesting to see what it does. It seems to be large not only since it uses Eclipse and SWT but also Jena. Lotta jars. See howto for some information before downloading.
