Looking at ViewCVS: Viewing CVS Repositories as a replacement for cvsweb; a rewrite of the perl version into python with substantial changes and a lot of anti-perl FUD.

The ivtools drawing editors are still alive (started approx. 1980) and there was a release last month. No sign of SVG export. Hmm.
